Who I am

My Practice

My experience and training enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized therapy and counselling. I treat a number of disorders such as addictions,phobias, chronic pian, grief, weight loss and smoking cessation, through safe, gentle, rapid and effective treatment. My skillset includes talk therapy, hypnotherapy, EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and other gentle, effective approaches.

I also train practitioners and the public in hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques and other modalities.
